Edit: I also cannot confirm if such was actually true or not. There was talk of the gift making it so players could see mechanics happening in other realms regardless of which realm the player was in.

Edit: Currently, as of 3:00pm PST, 5/23/2019, the Gift of N'zoth has been resisting attempts at hiding its appearance and whispering incessantly. I'm not sure if this is an intended development or a bug, but the below methods no longer work on my characters bearing the gift.

Nov 08, 2019· N'zoth is done, finished, dead and not even the outside the cycle will survive the powerful pure supercharged beam of Azeroth. If the Void Lords were never introduced than they would had plan to do more stuff with him in the future but that is not the case/ He's dead and would be left to rot while Blizz works on the Void Lords in the coming future.

It is acquired in [120] Twist the Knife and can be removed in [120] His Eye Upon You, but keeping it will allow you to unlock additional dialogs with many NPCs, receive whispers and even understand the Shath'Yar language.
